We make every effort to display product colors, dimensions and details accurately, but screens vary and we cannot guarantee that what you see matches the product exactly. Prices and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock issues. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds, including our 90-day money-back guarantee, are governed by our Refund Policy.

Our product is a cordless spraying tool sold empty and contains no active ingredient. It does not disinfect, sterilize or kill germs by itself: any result depends entirely on the liquid you choose. Always follow the label of that liquid, spray only on surfaces and fabrics, never on people, pets or food, and keep the room ventilated. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Puriva is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
